What are your opening hours?

Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm. Saturday, 8:00am – 12:00pm. We're closed on Sundays and bank holidays.

 

Where are you based, and can I visit the trade counter?

Yes, our trade counter is at 4a Alton Road Industrial Estate, Ross-on-Wye, HR9 5NB. Customers are welcome to visit, browse, and get advice in person.

 

What areas do you cover?

We supply and support customers across Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, South Wales, the West Midlands, and Shropshire, with UK-wide delivery available for parts and repairs sent by courier.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major payment methods, apart from American Express and cheques.

 

How long have you been trading?

We've been supplying and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for over 30 years, working with farmers, contractors, and engineers across the UK.

 

What's the best way to contact you?

Do I need an appointment, or can I just come to the trade counter?

No appointment needed, pop in during opening hours and our team will help you.

 

Do you offer advice if I'm not sure what I need?

Yes, whether it's hydraulics, pneumatics, or pond equipment, get in touch or visit us and we'll help you find the right solution.

 

Can I order online, or do I need to call/visit?

Most orders are best placed by calling or visiting our trade counter. We also have an eBay shop where you can browse some stock, including some new old stock (NOS) items, if you'd like to see what's available online first.

 

Do you only work with businesses, or can individuals buy from you too?

Both,  we work with trade customers as well as individuals, so whether you're a business or just need a part for yourself, you're welcome to get in touch.
