Hydraulic Ram Repair and Refurbishment
We strip, inspect and rebuild hydraulic rams of all sizes, whether it's a weeping seal, a bent rod, or a full rebuild. All double-acting rams are pressure tested before they leave us.

​Hydraulic Pumps and Motors
If you can carry it in, we can work on it, any brand, any age. We work on equipment from Parker, Bosch Rexroth, Eaton, Danfoss, Sauer-Sunstrand and Bucher among others.
We strip, diagnose, rebuild and refit.
If something is beyond economic repair we'll tell you and help you find a replacement.
We won't rebuild something that should be scrapped.

​Pneumatics
We supply and reseal pneumatic cylinders, and stock a good range of pneumatic components for trade and industry. Need a replacement part, a reseal, or just not sure what you need, give us a call and we'll point you in the right direction.

Valves
We repair and test hydraulic valves — pressure relief, solenoid, directional control and flow control. If a valve is causing problems and you're not sure whether it's the valve or something else, bring it in and we'll bench-test it.

Fast turnaround
Most jobs are ready the next working day, when we're busy, allow two to three days. If it's urgent (a farmer needing a machine back to feed stock, say) and we've got the parts on the shelf, we'll often turn it round the same day. If a job's going to take longer, we'll tell you straight away.​
Getting your equipment to us
Drop it off at the workshop or send it by courier — once the job's done we can arrange a courier back, or you collect. We've had equipment in from Scotland, South Wales and the South West.

You're welcome to just bring your equipment in, no need to call ahead. But if you'd rather check with us first, let us know the make, model, and what's gone wrong, along with any urgency, and we can advise before you visit.
Can you work on equipment I didn't originally buy from you?
Yes — we work on hydraulic and pneumatic equipment from any brand, regardless of where it was originally purchased.
Do you offer a call-out repair service?
As a small team, we carry out all our repair work from the Ross-on-Wye workshop rather than on-site, so equipment needs to be brought or sent in to us. This lets us give every job the same standard of attention on the bench.
