Hydraulics & Pneumatics In-house Repair Workshop
In-house hydraulic and pneumatic repair from our Ross-on-Wye workshop. Trusted by farmers, contractors, and engineers from across the UK for over 30 years.

Hydraulic ram repair and refurbishment
We strip, inspect and rebuild hydraulic rams of all sizes. Whether it's a weeping seal or a badly scored rod, we'll give you an honest assessment and get it repaired properly.
Common repairs include:
-
Bent, scored or pitted rods
-
Failed or weeping seals, full reseal with new kits
-
Damaged or scored cylinder bores
-
End-fitting and clevis damage
All double-acting rams are pressure tested before they leave us. Single-acting rams and very large cylinders are thoroughly checked and reassembled to the same standard.
Hydraulic pumps and motors
If you can carry it in, we can work on it, any brand, any age. We work on equipment from Parker, Bosch Rexroth, Eaton, Danfoss, Sauer-Sunstrand and Bucher among others.
We strip, diagnose, rebuild and refit.
If something is beyond economic repair we'll tell you and help you find a replacement.
We won't rebuild something that should be scrapped.
