Most repairs are completed and ready for collection the next working day. When we're particularly busy, expect two to three working days. If a job is genuinely urgent — for example, a farmer who needs equipment to feed livestock — and we have the seals on the shelf, we can often turn it around the same day. If we don't have the seals, we'll order them for next-day delivery and your job will jump the queue.

We're honest about timings and we don't promise what we can't deliver. If something's going to take longer than expected, we'll tell you up front so you can plan.

Failed or weeping seals — full reseal with new kits

Damaged or scored cylinder bores

End-fitting and clevis damage

Pressure testing on completion for double-acting rams, so you know it's right before it leaves us. Single-acting rams and very large cylinders we don't pressure-test — but every job is checked and reassembled to the same standard.​
