Delivery Policy
Any delivery times quoted are from our receipt of an order to be processed. We will make every effort to achieve the quoted delivery date. However, we are not liable for any delays.
Upon receipt of goods, please inspect them promptly. Claims for damage, non-delivery, loss in transit, or late delivery must be made within two days of the delivery date.
When you receive your consignment, you must check that the number of delivered parcels matches the number on the consignment note. Please only sign for them if the number of parcels is correct.
