Terms of Sale
Orders & Custom Goods
A contract is formed when we accept an order or make Goods available.
Custom Orders cannot be cancelled once production or sourcing has begun. The Buyer remains liable for the full price even if Goods are not collected.
Payment
Account Customers must pay strictly within 30 days of invoice date. Late payment is a material breach of contract. If payment is not made when due, we may suspend work, withhold delivery or collection of goods, terminate the contract, and recover any losses reasonably arising from the failure to pay.
All other customers must pay in full before Goods are released.

Uncollected & Unpaid Goods (Business Customers)
Goods are ready when we notify the Buyer by any reasonable means. If not paid for or collected within 14 days, Goods are treated as uncollected. Storage, handling and insurance costs may be charged.
After notice, Goods may be resold or disposed of, with proceeds applied to costs and debts.
Liability
Business Customer liability is limited to the contract price. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of goodwill.
Nothing limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

Statutory Rights
If you are a Consumer, nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection law.

Repaired items are ready when we notify the Buyer by any reasonable means.
